Digital & E-Commerce Executive

About the role

The Digital & E-Commerce Executive drives online revenue and digital presence for a luxury hotel. Working closely with Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Corporate Marketing, you will ensure the brand is consistently represented across all digital channels while maximizing direct bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the hotel’s digital and e‑commerce strategy, monitor website performance and digital revenue.
• Manage and update the hotel website, ensuring accurate content, promotions and coordination with Corporate Marketing.
• Oversee OTA extranets, maintain rate parity, inventory and content accuracy, and identify promotional opportunities.
• Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, CRM and email marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI.
• Track website traffic, booking trends and campaign performance using Google Analytics; prepare regular reports.
• Monitor online guest reviews and coordinate responses with Operations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales and Corporate Marketing on commercial initiatives across rooms, restaurants, spa and wellness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce actionable insights.

• Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hospitality systems such as SynXis or Ideas RMS (advantage).
