Digital & E‑Commerce Executive – Hotel

About the role

The Digital & E‑Commerce Executive drives the hotel's online revenue, visibility and direct bookings by managing the website, digital marketing and distribution channels. Working closely with Sales, Revenue Management and Corporate Marketing, the role ensures brand consistency while optimizing performance and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the hotel’s digital and e‑commerce strategy, monitor website performance and direct‑booking revenue.
• Manage and update the hotel website, ensuring accurate content, promotions and information.
• Oversee OTA extranets, maintain rate parity, inventory and content accuracy, and implement promotional opportunities.
• Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, CRM and email‑marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing ROI.
• Track website traffic, booking trends and campaign results using Google Analytics; prepare regular performance reports.
• Monitor online guest reviews and coordinate responses with Operations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales and Corporate Marketing on commercial initiatives and digital campaigns for rooms, restaurants, spa and other experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
