About the role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Excellence Manager to act as the voice of the customer for our digital products. In this role you will monitor product performance, uncover friction points, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that boost user satisfaction and overall product effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously track product health, user behavior, and CSAT metrics.
- Transform raw usage data and feedback into clear, strategic suggestions for product refinement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to prioritize and implement CX improvements.
- Provide ongoing performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in digital customer experience, product management, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user feedback and performance data.
- Proven strategic thinking and the capacity to deliver high‑impact, actionable recommendations.
