About the role
As a Digital Sales Representative at Lendo, you will be the first point of contact for prospective borrowers reaching out through our digital channels. You will guide them through our financing solutions, assess their needs, and help convert interest into qualified applications.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from Lendo’s website, digital platforms, and IVR system.
- Present Lendo’s value proposition, explain products, and identify financing needs.
- Assess eligibility, qualify prospects, and guide them through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, updating call notes and lead status.
- Meet targets for call handling, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Credit, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
- 1‑3+ years of experience in sales, telesales, call‑center sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and focused on achieving conversion targets.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM (experience preferred).
