Digital & Strategy Consultant - Digital Payments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital & Strategy Consultant to support our Digital & Strategy team on a focused 3‑month engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will drive digital transformation and business strategy initiatives within the financial services sector, focusing on digital payments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Digital & Strategy team in delivering digital transformation and business strategy engagements.
• Conduct structured analysis of business challenges, customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
• Assess and redesign customer journeys across products, services, and digital channels.
• Develop strategic recommendations backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis and build robust Excel models.
• Create executive‑ready presentations and manage workstreams to deliver high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience, preferably with a Big 4 or Tier 2 consulting firm.
• Proven delivery experience in digital transformation and business strategy engagements within financial services.
• Strong problem‑solving, structured‑thinking, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for analysis, modelling, and data‑driven decision support.
• Experience with digital platforms, payment systems, system workflows, and security basics.
• Excellent English communication and presentation development skills; Arabic preferred.
