Director - Digital Marketing

About the role

Lead and grow Red Sea Global's corporate and destination digital marketing channels. You will shape strategy, create engaging content, and run campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions across social media, website platforms, and paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual digital marketing plan for both the corporate (RSG) and destination brands.
• Oversee the creation, launch, and optimisation of campaigns on social media, display, SEM and remarketing channels.
• Collaborate with PR, Communications, Events, Trade and Smart Destination teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing digital marketing team, setting priorities, managing performance and succession planning.
• Prepare and monitor the functional budget, analysing financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Play a strategic role in RSG’s smart‑destination tourism services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital marketing, preferably within tourism or large‑scale destination brands.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results through multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent strategic thinking, budget management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
