Director - Finance & Procurement

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic Director to lead both Finance and Procurement functions. This senior position will shape financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive procurement excellence across the organization’s ambitious projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and align finance and procurement teams with corporate strategic goals.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimise cost, quality and supplier performance.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for informed decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in finance and procurement processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and financial partners.
• Mentor, develop and manage finance and procurement staff.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of combined finance and procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record developing and executing finance and procurement strategies in large‑scale organisations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, procurement best practices and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency with financial and procurement software tools.
