Dispatch Planner – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

The Dispatch Planner will manage, organise and follow up on warehouse and logistics activities to ensure efficient, safe operations that meet HSEQ standards and service targets. Based in Dammam, this role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports timely delivery of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production Planners and Customer Service to monitor product availability, order dispatch timelines and forecasts.
• Plan and schedule customer order deliveries, ensuring on‑time performance and high service levels.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse, overseeing cleanliness, product placement and area designation.
• Report, monitor and analyse warehouse/logistics KPIs while adhering to HSEQ rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse or dispatch functions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S standards for warehouse organisation.
