About the role
We are looking for a Document Controller to manage and safeguard all approved project documents and drawings. The role ensures that the latest versions are readily available to project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, supporting efficient project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a controlled register of all approved documents and drawings in accordance with company procedures.
- Distribute the latest approved copies to relevant staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Store documents and drawings in the Document Control office, ensuring they are protected from damage and easily traceable.
- Update and monitor document and drawing logs, guaranteeing accurate records of distribution.
- Support the project by providing timely document retrieval and ensuring compliance with document control standards.
Required profile
- Saudi nationality.
- 0‑2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
- Certificate in Microsoft Office or equivalent training.
- Strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
