Driller

About the role

The Driller will support drilling operations by operating drilling equipment and assisting with the execution of drilling activities at field sites. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations, equipment performance, and supporting the drilling team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment and machinery under supervision of the Senior Driller.
• Support execution of drilling programs and monitor parameters such as speed, depth, and equipment performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues.
• Inspect drilling equipment and report malfunctions.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and proper storage.
• Handle drilling tools, pipes, and materials and assist with site preparation and setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe drilling environment and follow HSE policies.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of drilling operations.
• Ability to operate drilling tools and equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Capability to work in physically demanding, outdoor/industrial environments.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and operational instructions.
