E-Commerce Key Account Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Key Account Manager will drive performance across a strategic cluster of accounts, partnering closely with the Head of E‑Commerce. You will lead joint business planning, promotional discipline, and commercial negotiations while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop annual joint business plans and set account targets.
• Build monthly and quarterly plans covering sales, net revenue, margin, assortment, promotional investment, availability, and content.
• Identify growth opportunities, expansion, and activation across the account cluster.
• Manage promotional calendars, budget approvals, investment tracking, commercial terms, and fee mechanics.
• Monitor sell‑through, out‑of‑stock triggers, pricing compliance, deductions, and availability risks.
• Escalate major commercial decisions to the Head of E‑Commerce for joint sign‑off.
• Serve as primary day‑to‑day commercial contact and support senior‑level engagement.
• Conduct business reviews, resolve commercial disputes, and ensure hero SKU availability, accurate pricing, complete content, and digital shelf compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in e‑commerce, key account management, commercial planning, or digital marketplace management.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, business review, and commercial analytics capabilities.
• Ability to manage high‑value accounts with disciplined escalation and joint decision‑making.
• Solid understanding of digital shelf, promotions, availability, deductions, and fulfilment dependencies.
