E-commerce Merchandising Executive

About the role

The E‑commerce Merchandising Executive will support product readiness, online merchandising and day‑to‑day trading performance across owned platforms and third‑party marketplaces in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks on websites and digital channels to ensure product assortments, content, pricing and promotions are accurate.
• Identify trading opportunities by analysing stock availability, conversion performance and customer demand.
• Maintain product categorisation, sorting and online presentation in line with commercial strategy.
• Support cross‑selling and upselling initiatives to improve conversion.
• Enhance product discoverability through effective use of search terms, keywords, taxonomy, filters and placement.
• Coordinate product imagery, descriptions, translations, attributes and pricing for launches on owned and third‑party channels.
• Manage timely product uploads and updates according to trading and promotional calendars.
• Maintain product lifecycle information, removing discontinued or outdated items.
• Publish and maintain digital content on homepages, category pages and other website areas.
• Support promotional campaigns by ensuring correct implementation of products, content and digital assets.
• Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
• Prepare weekly and ad‑hoc trading reports highlighting trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in e‑commerce or retail merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data.
• Comfortable working with digital trading calendars and promotional schedules.
