Early Career Traineeship – Tendering

About the role

The Early Career Training program lasts 6‑12 months and is designed to develop fresh graduates for GE Vernova business needs. Trainees receive on‑the‑job knowledge, technical experience, and general skill development while supporting tendering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support tendering activities throughout the bidding process.
• Prepare tender documents and perform cost calculations according to bidding requirements.
• Create Estimate Analysis Sheets (EAS) and offers, aligning with market price data in liaison with Sales.
• Initiate workflows for the booking process.
• Comply with quality procedures, work instructions and processes.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with regional units (GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D) and other GE divisions such as Power, Hydro and Renewable.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with up to 2 years of experience.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills and active listening.
• High level of integrity and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to project goals, customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
