Business Leader – Process & Automation Solutions (KSA)

About the role

The Business Leader – Process & Automation Solutions (KSA) serves as the senior local escalation point for PAS customers in Saudi Arabia, coordinating across Sales, Proposals, Project Management, Engineering, Finance and other functions to drive growth, project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the KSA PAS project portfolio – revenue, gross profit, operating income, working capital and free cash flow – while balancing margins and delivery requirements.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan process, providing accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for revenue, margin, cash, labour and factory demand.
• Own project and program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, safety and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Act as senior escalation point for performance, safety, commercial disputes and recovery plans.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to build a healthy opportunity pipeline and achieve annual order targets.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and senior engineers, setting goals, coaching and managing performance.
• Standardise best practices, improve processes and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of customer‑facing and project experience in industrial or process automation, with proven P&L responsibility.
• Extensive experience leading large projects, programs or portfolios in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong people‑leadership background, including development of project‑management and engineering talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships with end‑users, EPCs, consultants and ecosystem partners.
