About the role
The Ecommerce Manager will lead the online retail operations for Al Massah Mall, based in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving online revenue through strategic planning, data‑driven decisions, and effective marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the online store across platforms such as Noon, Trendyol, Salla and Shopify.
- Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimise product listings, pricing and promotional activities.
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate information and a seamless user journey.
- Plan and run promotional campaigns, including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat advertising.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in e‑commerce operations and strategy development.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on revenue growth.
- Marketing expertise with the ability to launch effective promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and optimise performance.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of online retail trends and consumer behaviour.
- Specific experience with Noon and Salla platforms is required.
- Experience managing social‑media advertising on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
