E‑commerce Operations Supervisor – WordPress/WooCommerce

About the role

We are a Saudi‑based perfume e‑commerce business seeking a practical and detail‑oriented Operations Supervisor to run our WordPress/WooCommerce store. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Dammam, and requires relocation after a successful interview and assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including adding and updating products with images, descriptions, prices, categories, tags, attributes, variations, SKU and stock status.
• Upload and organize products manually or via Excel/CSV files.
• Improve product page structure, presentation and user experience.
• Edit product images using Canva, Photoshop or AI tools, create simple banners for the website and social media.
• Write and enhance product descriptions in Arabic and/or English.
• Apply basic SEO using Rank Math, Yoast or similar plugins.
• Work with Elementor and common WooCommerce plugins, monitor simple website issues and coordinate with a developer when needed.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and productivity.
• Prepare weekly reports on tasks, issues and improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with external designers, developers and marketers.
