eDiscovery Project Coordinator

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a recent STEM graduate to join its legal technology team as an eDiscovery Project Coordinator. You will help manage and coordinate eDiscovery projects, turning massive volumes of digital evidence into actionable insights for litigation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interrogate client data to recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Assist with data culling and oversee the full project life‑cycle according to client specifications.
• Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance, and manage scope changes.
• Communicate proactively with clients, offering workflow improvements throughout each case.
• Develop industry knowledge to advise clients on optimal eDiscovery workflows.
• Answer client questions about web‑hosting software and perform related administrative tasks.
• Act as liaison between clients, digital forensics, data processing, and hosting teams.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience, recent graduate with a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Interest in data, technology, and problem‑solving within a legal context.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
