Electrical Execution Engineer – Team Lead

About the role

The Electrical Execution Engineer – Team Lead reports to the Construction/Project Manager and oversees all electrical construction activities on site. The role ensures that work complies with client specifications, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily construction activities and prepare daily progress reports.
• Develop detailed weekly programmes, manpower and resource plans to meet project timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring correct sequencing of electrical services.
• Conduct regular construction meetings to review progress, control issues, and communicate updates.
• Monitor monthly schedules, certify subcontractor invoices, and measure progress against targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical drawings, equipment lists, and specifications; submit marked‑up drawings and test reports.
• Implement the site Quality Assurance and EHS plan and verify documentation accuracy during interdisciplinary coordination.
• Resolve construction‑related problems promptly and promote an ethical, professional work culture.
• Address significant issues before they impact the client or company and perform any additional tasks assigned by the Project/Construction Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising electrical construction activities on large projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Familiarity with preparing weekly programmes, manpower planning, and daily reporting.
• Capability to enforce QA/EHS standards and ensure documentation accuracy.
