Electrical Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Site Engineer to join our team fresh out of university. The role involves designing, installing and maintaining electrical systems for power generation, transmission and distribution on construction sites, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design electrical systems for energy generation, transmission and distribution projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and routine maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with industry codes, standards and local regulations.
• Plan, execute and manage project tasks related to system upgrades or new installations.
• Analyse energy usage and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and technical issues on site.
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, inspections, installations and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical advice and support to other departments and collaborate on system integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate status – recent university graduate is welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards and best practices.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Functional experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
