Employee Experience Expert

About the role

The Employee Experience Expert will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of ZATCA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and engagement programmes. Working autonomously with minimal direction, the role acts as an internal consultant to ensure employees are retained, satisfied and aligned with the organisation’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Baseline and continuously assess ZATCA’s current EVP status and develop a compelling EVP that differentiates the organisation.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries promptly to maintain EVP integrity and satisfaction.
• Research and benchmark best practices for employee engagement programmes, and propose initiatives aligned with ZATCA’s vision, mission and values.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate cultural objectives, launch initiatives and support their implementation.
• Design, run and analyse periodic employee engagement surveys, identify cultural gaps and draft action plans.
• Prepare reports highlighting survey insights, areas for improvement and recommended actions.
• Follow all relevant policies, processes and SOPs, and support junior team members in delivering efficient work.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties and provide guidance to resolve them.
• Train junior staff on job activities and ensure knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead work activities and operate autonomously with minor direction.
• Experience acting as an internal consultant or facilitator on HR‑related projects.
• Strong understanding of EVP concepts and employee engagement best practices.
• Ability to analyse survey data, identify cultural gaps and propose improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to follow policies, support junior staff and handle escalated issues.
