End to End Solution Support Expert

About the role

The End to End Solution Support Expert leads technical teams during critical incidents, major escalations and network crises for Ericsson’s EMEA customers. This senior position combines deep expertise in 5G, cloud‑native technologies and core telecom domains to ensure rapid service restoration and clear communication with customer executives.

Key responsibilities

• Command recovery teams during critical incidents, coordinating SMEs, PDUs and operations to drive restoration.
• Act as the main technical interface for operators across UDM, IMS and cloud domains.
• Deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions, technical workshops and coaching to regional teams.
• Lead security reviews, major deployments and emergency restorations.
• Participate in 24x7 escalation support rotation and manage C‑level communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• 8+ years of experience delivering and operating at a Technical Solution Architect level.
• Proven experience managing complex incidents in mission‑critical operator networks.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Protocol troubleshooting (MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, LDAP)
• Disaster Recovery MOPS and action planning
• Fault isolation and troubleshooting at node level
• Redeployment of virtual and cloud‑native applications
