Endodontist – Full‑time Clinical Role

About the role

The Endodontist will join Cairo University’s dental department in Taif, providing advanced endodontic care to patients. This full‑time, on‑site position involves clinical treatment, patient education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditions, performing root canal therapies and retreatments.
• Conduct thorough clinical examinations, review patient histories, and interpret radiographs to develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with dental and medical professionals, educate patients on treatment options, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Adhere to institutional and regulatory standards for infection control and patient safety.
• Participate in teaching activities, case discussions, and continuing education within the university environment.

Required profile

• Accredited dental degree with recognized specialty training in Endodontics and valid professional licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in advanced root canal procedures and management of complex cases.
• Strong foundation in dentistry, diagnostic and restorative principles, and oral pathology.
• Commitment to high‑quality patient care, communication, and empathy.
• Experience in an academic or teaching hospital setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and follow clinical protocols.
