Engineer - Fleet Management (Saudi National)

About the role

Join Baker Hughes as an Engineer in Fleet Management, supporting cutting‑edge energy technology across heavy‑duty gas turbines, aero turbines, compressors and steam turbines. You will work directly with customers to resolve technical issues, ensure reliability and drive continuous improvement of our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical solutions for heavy‑duty gas turbines and associated auxiliaries.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests, conduct root‑cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Lead technical presentations and communicate BH solutions to customers and senior leaders.
• Travel to customer sites to support unplanned outages, planned maintenance and technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Control or related engineering discipline.
• 2‑5 years of design, operation, maintenance or troubleshooting experience with heavy‑duty gas turbines and related systems.
• Willingness to travel on short notice (20‑25% of time) and work weekends for emergency support.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
