Engineer – Tamheer Program (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

AECOM is seeking a fresh‑graduate Engineer to join its Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia. You will support multidisciplinary project teams in planning, designing, and delivering engineering solutions while gaining hands‑on experience under senior guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Support senior engineers with design and analysis of systems and structures.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and data‑collection activities.
• Help develop project documentation, presentations, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Review project specifications and standards, and attend project meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or co‑ops are a plus).
• Strong academic record, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
