About the role

Educates, inspires, motivates, and encourages students and helps them to be passionate about learning and understand the impact and importance of lifelong education.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates own teaching and learning strategies, methodologies and programs in line with curriculum standards.
• Participates in the preparation and development of courses, teaching materials, assessment methods and school plans.
• Engages in reciprocal peer review and observation of class teaching practice.
• Attends in‑service education, training courses and continuing professional development opportunities.
• Contributes to the professional development of new teachers as arranged by the school authority.
• Provides necessary information, data, plans and documents to designated school personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree in the subject area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital education tools.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
