Enterprise Sales Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are supporting an established international enterprise software company that is expanding its presence across Saudi Arabia. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships, win new logos and grow existing enterprise accounts throughout the Kingdom. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full commercial cycle and building relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise opportunities through self‑generated prospecting and inbound leads.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline across strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Own relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑level decision‑makers.
• Create account strategies to drive new business and expansion within existing customers.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the company’s technology portfolio.
• Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to shape solutions for complex requirements.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations through to contract signature.
• Maintain strong engagement post‑sale to support adoption, retention and further growth.
• Provide accurate forecasting and visibility of pipeline and account activity.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years experience in enterprise technology/software sales.
• Proven track record selling into enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to generate own pipeline and win new business.
• Experience managing and expanding strategic accounts.
• Comfortable engaging both technical stakeholders and senior executives.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

What we offer

• Fixed salary up to SAR 29,000 per month.
• Salary dependent on experience.
