About the role
We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented entry‑level Administrative Professional to support our remote operations and office administration functions. The role involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, document management, scheduling, data entry, and operational coordination while receiving full training and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to team members and supervisors, including document preparation, spreadsheet updates, and maintaining shared resources.
- Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, invitation distribution, and preparation of basic meeting materials.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems, upload, label, categorize, and archive documents according to established procedures.
- Enter and update information in approved systems, perform quality‑control checks, and assist in compiling basic reports.
- Track assignments, deadlines, and action items; update project and operational trackers; and monitor workflow handoffs between departments.
- Support shared inboxes, route requests to appropriate team members, and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
Required profile
- Recent graduate, career changer, or individual returning to the workforce seeking a first professional remote administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and a professional demeanor.
