Entry-Level Project Engineer

About the role

This is an entry‑level position supporting day‑to‑day operations on active projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role bridges project execution, procurement and management, ensuring tasks progress on schedule and issues are flagged early. It is ideal for a recent engineering graduate looking to start a career in project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of ongoing projects and report status to the project/operations lead.
• Prepare, update and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones against the plan.
• Coordinate with procurement to raise, follow up and close material and vendor requests.
• Liaise between project, procurement and internal departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support the sales team on new project enquiries by gathering technical information and preparing initial documentation.
• Track project documentation, including requests, approvals, deliveries and handover records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline.
• 0‑1 years of experience; internships or co‑ops in a project‑based or industrial environment are a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

• Microsoft Excel (advanced tracking and scheduling).
• Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools (preferred).
