EOC Team Lead – IT Operations

About the role

The EOC Team Lead will oversee the Emergency Operations Center, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and rapid response for the company's IT infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership with incident coordination across multiple technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EOC operations and coordinate 24x7 IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Manage technical teams, allocate resources, set schedules, and drive team development.
• Direct major and critical incident and problem resolution efforts.
• Coordinate Server, Network, Client Platform, Security, and Infrastructure teams during major incidents.
• Monitor alerts, drive escalation, oversee disaster recovery, service restoration, and maintenance activities.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate planned changes, maintenance, testing, and operational activities.
• Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and service records.
• Collaborate with technical teams, service management, and vendors.
• Participate in on‑call support for critical incidents when required.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations, EOC, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project needs.
