Estimation Engineer (Civil) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Estimation Engineer will support a reputable construction firm in Saudi Arabia, delivering accurate cost estimates for civil and MEP projects. The role involves preparing quantity take‑offs, bills of quantities and tender evaluations to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare detailed bills of quantities using BIM and CAD tools.
• Develop cost estimates and conduct cost analysis for civil and MEP works.
• Evaluate tenders, prepare tender documents and support negotiation processes.
• Assist in project scheduling and risk assessment throughout the estimation phase.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract law and client specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of estimation experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably on Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electricity Company or Maaden projects.
• Experience with both civil and MEP estimations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize, plan and strategize effectively.
