Events Management Specialist

About the role

Albawani is seeking an Events Management Specialist to support the planning and execution of both internal and external events. Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you will ensure seamless logistics, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with the company’s event strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the events calendar.
• Coordinate timelines and planning activities for all events.
• Manage venue setup, equipment, transportation, and supplier follow‑ups.
• Provide hands‑on assistance during events, including registration, ushering, and flow coordination.
• Troubleshoot logistical or technical issues in real time.
• Liaise with vendors, venue teams, and internal stakeholders during live execution.
• Collect participant feedback and prepare post‑event reports.
• Work with design and content teams to produce event materials and ensure brand compliance.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
