Execution Planner

About the role

The Execution Planner at Unilever drives cross‑functional synchronization across the supply chain, championing the voice of planning at three manufacturing sites. In the current period the focus is on raw‑material planning until the hand‑over to the CG team is completed.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with factories on calendar, labor, MRP and MPS to create and adjust line schedules.
• Publish, align and continuously adjust line schedules in partnership with supply planners.
• Incorporate changes from innovations, breakdowns and unplanned maintenance through close collaboration.
• Manage plant stock levels to ensure conformity with the line‑schedule plan and handle volumes from change‑overs and re‑works.
• Apply healthy planning guidelines to maintain resilient stock levels that absorb demand fluctuations.
• Maintain and develop technologies such as SAP ECC and Rapid Response KINAXIS.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in production or supply‑chain planning.
• Strong strategic partnership and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership mindset and a results‑driven attitude.
