Executive Chef (Lebanese & International Cuisine)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a high‑end dining concept in Jeddah. The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in Lebanese and international cuisines with strong leadership to drive culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring top‑quality food preparation and presentation.
• Design and develop authentic Lebanese and international menus.
• Control food costs, purchasing, inventory, and overall kitchen budgeting.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a strong culinary culture.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management on menu engineering, seasonal updates, and concept development.
• Manage supplier relationships and ingredient sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in upscale or fine‑dining establishments.
• Extensive background in Lebanese and international culinary techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large kitchen teams in high‑volume environments.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
