Expert Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Expert Frontend Engineer to act as the senior technical authority across web and mobile platforms. You will design complex, scalable frontend architectures, define engineering standards, and drive technical excellence for our digital applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend solutions using React (web) and React Native (mobile).
• Define and maintain frontend engineering standards, reusable components, and shared design systems.
• Own cross‑platform code‑sharing strategy to maximize reuse between web and mobile.
• Lead technical implementation of complex features and modernization initiatives.
• Manage mobile release engineering, including native build configuration and App Store / Google Play processes.
• Review complex code and designs to ensure quality, performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.
• Apply client‑side security requirements such as authentication, session handling, and protection of sensitive data.
• Resolve critical, device‑specific production issues and ensure seamless integration with APIs and backend services.
• Mentor frontend engineers and contribute to enterprise‑wide architecture initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with senior or lead technical ownership.
• Proven experience delivering production mobile apps, including native tooling and store releases.
• Background in payments, banking, or regulated financial services.
