Exterior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The role involves creating compelling exterior design concepts, developing detailed drawings, and producing high‑quality visualisations that bring architectural visions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes and design presentations for client approval.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed 3D models with SketchUp and Revit and generate photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion.
• Develop presentation graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Participate in site visits to verify conditions and maintain design intent during construction.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and stay updated on local design trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian or GCC building codes and municipal approval processes is a plus.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
