Facilities Manager

About the role

ABYAT is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of both hard and soft facilities services across its Madinah premises. You will be responsible for ensuring asset uptime, statutory and HSE compliance, and operational readiness while supporting the company’s rapid expansion in the retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of facilities management services, covering preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement approved policies, SOPs, IMS/HSE procedures, permits to work, risk assessments and lockout/tagout requirements.
• Translate contracts and scopes of work into clear site objectives, service standards, SLA/KPI targets and operational plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated site plans, including maintenance calendars, manpower rosters, vendor schedules and spare‑part inventories.
• Define critical systems, operational risks, escalation paths and response procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire‑alarm, generators, UPS, BMS, elevators and other building systems in line with OEM and safety standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, control budgets, produce accurate records and reports, and support minor projects and site mobilisations.
