Facility Management Engineer

About the role

The Facility Management Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems across the site. You will support daily FM activities, conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑safety systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance needs, and approve technical submittals and drawings.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot system failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Support energy‑efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and FM best practices.
• Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS platforms and engineering software.
