Facility Operations Coordinator – Stage & Studio

About the role

The Facility Operations Coordinator will support the planning and execution of all stage‑related activities for events and performances at Qiddiya Studios. You will act as the main liaison between production teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth rehearsals and live events.

Key responsibilities

• Compile studio operation documentation, including client packs, site directions, supplier contacts, and site map layouts.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to manage production schedules and facility bookings throughout the year.
• Assist in planning and executing production logistics, including set‑up and strike processes for incoming productions.
• Address operational challenges alongside the Senior Studio Operations Director, ensuring compliance with studio protocols.
• Manage backlot space for incoming productions and maintain accurate records of studio usage and expenses.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures in collaboration with the Health and Safety Manager.
• Facilitate clear inductions for incoming productions and foster a collaborative environment for staff and crews.
• Assist with financial tracking of operational expenditures related to the film studio site.
• Provide troubleshooting and act as a key communicator between on‑site production operations and the studio operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Theater Production, Technical Theater, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stage operations, event production, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of stage equipment, audio‑visual technology, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
