Family Medicine Doctor – Home Care

About the role

Taib, a leading home healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Family Medicine Doctor to deliver high‑quality medical care to patients in their homes in Al Khobar. The doctor will work closely with the home‑care team to assess, diagnose, treat and monitor patients according to approved care plans and national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations, examinations and assessments in patients’ homes.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Provide preventive services such as health screenings, immunisations and lifestyle counselling.
• Order, interpret and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with clinic policies and CBAHI regulations.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and preventive care.
• Coordinate with nurses, specialists and the home‑care team to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and patient‑safety initiatives and refer patients to specialists or hospitals when needed.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration.
• Prior experience in home health‑care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional, compassionate and patient‑focused attitude.
