Fashion Consultant – Guess Jeans – Al Nakheel Mall

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Guess Jeans at Al Nakheel Mall, you will drive sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting CRM and CX initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Support implementation of CRM, CX and other customer initiatives.
• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships with an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on products.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.
• Ensure adherence to visual‑merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Manage click‑and‑collect within service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of brand social‑media campaigns.
• Contribute input on store performance and improvement areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fashion brand.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Good understanding of omni‑channel retail.
• Ability to collect and analyse customer data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
