About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will be responsible for setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout the dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, manage dining area cleanliness, and replenish supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly and courteously.
- Interact with guests, address their needs, and enhance their overall dining experience.
- Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance), and navigating various floor surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
