Field Coordinator

About the role

The Field Coordinator ensures that all equipment, tools, lifting accessories, and calibrated instruments used in solids control operations are certified, calibrated, and compliant before deployment. This role acts as the liaison between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to guarantee operational readiness and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a certification register, verify certification status, and coordinate renewal or recertification with approved third‑party bodies.
• Track calibration due dates, schedule calibration activities, and verify calibration certificates for all measuring and testing equipment.
• Organise periodic inspections, review inspection reports, and ensure corrective actions are completed and documented.
• Maintain centralized databases for certification, calibration, and inspection records, ensuring they are audit‑ready.
• Remove equipment with expired certifications or calibrations from service until compliance is restored.

Required profile

• Experience in managing equipment certification, calibration, and inspection processes, preferably in a field‑based or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple expiry dates and compliance requirements.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with field crews, clients, and external certification bodies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to equipment safety.
