Field Service Engineer

About the role

Radiometer is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its Customer Support team in Abha, Saudi Arabia. You will be the external face of the company, ensuring customer excellence through advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Radiometer analyzers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing of assigned analyzer base.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
• Complete regulatory field action notes and technical updates on schedule.
• Install analyzers and deliver user training to customers.
• Order and manage spare parts, accurately recording usage on service jobs.
• Upgrade operating systems, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and perform basic IT troubleshooting on Windows 7/10/11 devices.
• Configure IP addresses and verify connectivity to middleware, LIS, HIS, or EMR systems.
• Adhere to company regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in biomedical, mechanical/electromechanical, electronic engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years experience as a field service engineer in the healthcare diagnostics industry.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting, networking/connectivity setup, and IT system upgrades.
• Experience with command‑prompt operations and connectivity testing with middleware/LIS/HIS/EMR.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to regulatory requirements.
