Finance Analyst Business Partnering

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to support its Finance Business Partner. The role involves delivering financial reporting, planning, analysis and project support across business units, helping shape the airline’s growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations with thoughtful analysis.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including revenue, operating cost and capital expenditure projections.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned business area.
• Update stakeholders on financial performance and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
• Assist in the preparation of business plans and financial models for projects.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with at least 4 years of hands‑on finance experience, preferably in a large multinational.
• Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, resilience and the ability to influence decisions.
