Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to Al-Futtaim Automotive’s business units, providing financial insights that support data‑driven decision‑making. The role focuses on strengthening financial control, improving performance visibility and enabling business growth through effective planning, reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily financial operations, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing of transactions, invoices, payments and accruals.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to resolve billing and cost allocation issues and serve as the primary finance contact for operational teams.
• Prepare and monitor cash‑flow forecasts, track receivables, payables and identify cash‑flow risks.
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, consolidating inputs from Operations, Sales and other departments.
• Conduct variance analysis between budget, forecast and actual results and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to Group reporting timelines, maintain accuracy of financial submissions and prepare materials for leadership meetings.
• Support month‑end close activities and provide financial insights for business cases, pricing reviews and investment analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in finance operations, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support operational finance queries.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate financial data into actionable insights.
