Finance Director – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function of Amrak Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global operating in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting in line with IFRS standards.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital to meet operational and strategic needs.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls, risk management frameworks and compliance with accounting legislation.
• Oversee tax compliance, including withholding tax and VAT filings.
• Build and mentor the finance team, including account clerks and junior accountants.
• Liaise with department heads, auditors and external advisors to ensure accurate financial information and timely audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in management accounting, preferably within the facilities management sector.
• Membership in a professional body such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting software.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience in tax filing (withholding tax, VAT) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong internal‑control and risk‑management capabilities.
