Finance Intern

About the role

KEENFINITY is looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join its Finance team. You will work closely with sales, finance, and operations leaders, gaining hands‑on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business intelligence within a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting entries in SAP S/4HANA Cloud together with the BPO team.
• Manage GOSI bill payments and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate supplier payment activities.
• Support creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data.
• Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the open order book for business planning.
• Provide operational support to the sales team by coordinating with customers and the service team.
• Create purchase orders in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Contribute to executive‑level dashboards and performance reporting tools.
• Work closely with senior finance professionals on financial operations and decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Currently studying finance, business administration, economics or a related field with good to very good academic results.
• Motivated, analytical, reliable, with a strong affinity for numbers and teamwork.
• Enthusiasm for economic relationships and working with data.
• English proficiency at B2 level; Arabic is an advantage.
• Open to Saudi nationals.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
