Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our subsidiary in Saudi Arabia. The role involves aligning the subsidiary’s financial system with group standards, local regulations, and business needs while ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the subsidiary’s financial system, procedures, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and group audit requirements.
• Oversee financial accounting, budget preparation, execution analysis, and regular financial reporting.
• Establish internal control and risk management mechanisms to safeguard capital and manage project financial risks.
• Design capital operation plans and tax strategies, liaise with local banks and tax authorities to ensure smooth cash flow and tax compliance.
• Drive implementation of the group’s financial information system and coordinate cross‑departmental financial integration.
• Manage, evaluate, and train the local finance team to enhance professional capabilities.

Required profile

• Chinese nationality with a bachelor’s degree or higher in finance‑related fields; CPA or senior finance titles preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in financial management of overseas subsidiaries, preferably in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in financial docking within engineering enterprises or multinational groups.
• Familiarity with Philippine fiscal and taxation policies, foreign‑exchange regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Strong team‑management, cross‑cultural communication, and coordination abilities; able to work under pressure with integrity.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
