Finance Manager

About the role

SBT Logistics is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function, shape financial strategy and provide decision‑support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and cost‑centre/job‑costing analyses.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury activities and daily cash‑flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA and e‑invoicing regulations.
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts and monitor performance against them.
• Implement and maintain ERP‑based financial processes and strong internal controls.
• Analyse profitability by contract, customer, vehicle and trip, and monitor fleet operating costs.
• Present financial performance to executive management and support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, construction or contracting.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in cost‑centres, job costing and profitability analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP financial systems and strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA and e‑invoicing.
