Financial Analyst – JV

About the role

The Financial Analyst – JV will support the Financial Controller in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring for the joint‑venture. You will ensure data integrity, timely reporting and provide actionable financial insights to drive business performance and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare financial reports in line with IFRS and internal standards.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts and develop financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Track actual performance against budget/forecast, conduct variance analysis and produce management dashboards.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability and working‑capital by product, project, customer or business unit.
• Maintain financial controls, ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit requirements.
• Assist with IFRS alignment, accounting schedules and technical analysis.
• Work within SAP (or other ERP) to extract, validate and improve financial data, reporting templates and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, SOCPA, CMA) is an advantage or in progress.
• Basic understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or financial analysis.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting or financial modeling.
